We cling to whatβs familiar, even when it no longer fits.
But the truth is: every transition has wisdom hidden inside it.
Change is how life invites us to evolve.
And while you canβt control the pace of it, you can choose how you meet it β with fear, or with curiosity.

Think of one area of your life thatβs shifting β work, relationships, purpose, or rhythm.
Ask yourself:
βWhat is this change trying to teach me?β
Then, instead of fighting it, write down one way you can cooperate with it this week.
You donβt need to fix the change β just flow with it.

βHow can I meet this change with curiosity instead of control?β
