π§ One idea to sit with
The answers weβre searching for are usually already inside of us.
Though our modern world wires us to always look outside of ourselves - to always add more:
Another podcast episodeβ¦ another bookβ¦ another courseβ¦
But real clarity - especially around the big βwhyβ decisions in our lives - comes from removing the noise enough to finally hear whatβs already there.
Real clarity comes when you take the space to hear yourself again and make decisions from an inner conviction (not external pressure).
βοΈ One practice to try
Next time you feel stuck, resist the urge to immediately add new input. Instead, write out what you already know about the situation, then step away:
πΆ Take a walk
π or simply switch to another activity for a few moments.
This is usually when the real stuff finally has room to come up.
βOne question to carry
βWhere am I using more information to avoid a decision?β
π One quote to remember
βIf [more] information was the answer, weβd all be billionaires with six pack abs.β
π· One moment from our lives
This was 2016 at Mount Shasta. We were capturing content for one of the fastest-growing sports brands in the world.
It was really fun work, and we had a ton of success. But even then, there was a quiet sense we werenβt building what we were actually here to build.
We didnβt want to leave this world with just a stack of dollar bills. We want to make a real difference.
And now, it feels like weβve started to hit the sweet spot with these Solo Retreats. Weβre seeing people experience real, life-changing transformations - the same that both of us experienced.
If youβd like to check out the program, weβve updated the website with a much clearer layout of how it all works.
