The Weekly Reset 🧭 #001

A Sunday rhythm for clarity, focus, and slowing down.

1 Insight • 1 Practice • 1 Reflection

Each week, we share a simple framework to help you reset:
One idea to sit with.
One practice to try.
One question to carry.
One quote to remember.
And one real moment from our own week.

Let’s get into it 👇

🧠 One idea to sit with

Clarity thrives in stillness.

When everything around you feels urgent, clarity is the first thing to disappear.
You stop asking real questions. You default to doing more.
But the answer usually isn’t more. It’s space.

Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is pause.
Not for hours. Not forever.
Just long enough to hear yourself think again.

Ask yourself:

“What would make this week feel meaningful, even if nothing else gets done?”

Start there.

✍️ One practice to try

Before your Monday begins:

  1. Write down the 3 things that actually matter this week.

  2. Circle the one you’re most likely to avoid.

  3. Cross out 2 things you usually say yes to that aren’t essential.

You don’t need a perfect schedule. You just need to protect what matters.

❓One question to carry

“What can I remove this week to make space for what matters most?”

Clarity often comes from subtraction, not addition.

📝 One quote to remember

“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes… including you.”

Anne Lamott

đź“· One real moment from our own week

Each week, we’ll close with something personal from our lives.
No filter. No fluff. Just a reminder that we’re walking this path right alongside you.

Eli: I took time to unplug with a group of friends, ride some epic trails in Bellingham, WA and and enjoy some time recharging in the outdoors.

Kyle: We sent off some close friends (family) back home to Hawaii after living in Central Oregon for a couple years. It was an amazing night of community, friendship, reflection and talking about “the good ole days” of our twenties.

See you next Sunday!

The Weekly Reset is a newsletter that goes out each Sunday. Each edition is simple by design. Just one clear idea, a practice to try, a reflection to sit with, and a glimpse into what we’re learning behind the scenes. It is written by Kyle Nelson and Eli Libby, Co-Founders of Reset OS.
