I lacked on booking camping trips this summer and promised the kids that i would camp in the backyard with them. Even though the inflatable mattress deflated around 1am, there was street racers around 2am on the highway in the distance, and the neighbors turkeys started to become chatty around 4am, I stayed in the moment knowing one day I will look back saying βthose were the days!β.
