The pause is the progress.
This week, block 90 minutes for a personal “mini-retreat.”
No phone. No laptop. No interruptions.
Take only a notebook and answer this prompt:
“What in my life is no longer aligned — and what would realignment look like?”
Give yourself permission to write until clarity arrives.
“What would change if I paused before my next big decision?”
“You cannot see your reflection in running water. It is only when the water becomes still that clarity comes.”
Each week, we’ll close with something personal from our lives.

More baby time with little Rylee! I love being fully present with my little girl.
I lacked on booking camping trips this summer and promised the kids that i would camp in the backyard with them. Even though the inflatable mattress deflated around 1am, there was street racers around 2am on the highway in the distance, and the neighbors turkeys started to become chatty around 4am, I stayed in the moment knowing one day I will look back saying “those were the days!”.
