To step into whatβs next, you have to loosen your grip on whatβs been.
Itβs not always easy β even when you know the old season has run its course.
But holding on takes energy.
And the longer you cling to whatβs outlived its purpose, the less capacity you have for whatβs coming.
Clarity often arrives in the space created by release.
Sometimes the bravest reset is the one where you simply⦠let go.

Make a list of the top three things youβre holding onto that no longer serve you.
Next to each one, write:
βWhat would I gain if I let this go?β
Then choose one thing β and this week, take the smallest step toward releasing it.

Eliβs Moment:
Eli is in full dad mode. First week with his new baby Rylee was a success. A healthy baby and happy dad!

Kyleβs Moment:
We wrapped up our family trip I shared about last week and had a moment in the elevator. Amidst the chaos of getting ready for our last day in the theme parks I found myself reseting myself heading to grab coffee early AM. Living with awareness and intention allows you to calm your nervous system and reset your mind and soul to prepare for the upcoming day.
