Every new beginning quietly asks for a trade.
To step into what’s next, you have to loosen your grip on what’s been.
It’s not always easy — even when you know the old season has run its course.
But holding on takes energy.
And the longer you cling to what’s outlived its purpose, the less capacity you have for what’s coming.
Clarity often arrives in the space created by release.
Sometimes the bravest reset is the one where you simply… let go.

✍️ One practice to try

Make a list of the top three things you’re holding onto that no longer serve you.

Next to each one, write:
“What would I gain if I let this go?”

Then choose one thing — and this week, take the smallest step toward releasing it.

Eli’s Moment:

Eli is in full dad mode. First week with his new baby Rylee was a success. A healthy baby and happy dad!

Kyle’s Moment:

We wrapped up our family trip I shared about last week and had a moment in the elevator. Amidst the chaos of getting ready for our last day in the theme parks I found myself reseting myself heading to grab coffee early AM. Living with awareness and intention allows you to calm your nervous system and reset your mind and soul to prepare for the upcoming day.
