The Weekly Reset 🧭 #010

A Sunday rhythm for clarity, focus, and slowing down.

1 Insight • 1 Practice • 1 Reflection

Each week, we share a simple framework to help you reset:
One idea to sit with.
One practice to try.
One question to carry.
One quote to remember.
And one real moment from our own week.

Let’s get into it 👇

🧠 One idea to sit with

The spaces we enter shape the pace we keep.
Most of us are living in environments that reward urgency.
Not reflection.
Not depth.
Not clarity.

But when you step into a space that was designed for stillness, something shifts.
Your nervous system softens.
Your mind exhales.
And suddenly, what felt foggy begins to feel simple again.

That’s the power of an intentional environment.
It doesn’t force clarity.
It makes space for it.

✍️ One practice to try

Find or create one space this week where you can fully exhale.
A room. A chair. A bench outside.

Then go there, not to work, not to scroll but to simply sit.

And ask yourself:
“What is this space asking me to hear?”
Let it speak.

❓One question to carry

What environments bring me back to myself?

📝 One quote to remember

"Your environment will eat your intention for breakfast if you're not careful."

Each week, we’ll close with something personal from our lives.
No filter. No fluff. Just a reminder that we’re walking this path right alongside you.

Eli’s Moment:

Eli went out to Idaho to visit some good friends to play golf and spend the 4th of July with them blowing up some big fireworks!

Kyle’s Moment:

Kyle surprised his wife Crystal 9k ft. up on Mount Bachelor for a sunset dinner to celebrate their anniversary!
