The Weekly Reset 🧭 #008

A Sunday rhythm for clarity, focus, and slowing down.

1 Insight • 1 Practice • 1 Reflection

Each week, we share a simple framework to help you reset:
One idea to sit with.
One practice to try.
One question to carry.
One quote to remember.
And one real moment from our own week.

Let’s get into it 👇

🧠 One idea to sit with

Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from trying harder.
It comes from stepping away.
When you remove the pressure to perform, post, or produce,
you start hearing yourself again.
That’s the power of a Solo Retreat.
It’s not about escaping your life.
It’s about returning to it with your eyes open and your purpose re-lit.
Stillness isn’t a luxury. It’s a reset button.

🚪 Feeling the pull to step away?

If you’ve been running on autopilot or feeling misaligned, it might be time to take a Solo Retreat.
We’ve guided hundreds of high-performers through the exact process and you can do it in just one or three days.

For the next 72 hours we are offering 25% of our signature 3-day Solo Retreat program. Email Eli if you want to take advantage of this discount: [email protected].

✍️ One practice to try

Block a full afternoon this week.
No phone. No commitments. No multitasking.

Journal on this prompt:
“What would a full reset look like for me right now?”

Let your mind wander. Let the truth rise.
And if what you need is space, honor it.

❓One question to carry

“What would I hear if I finally got quiet enough to listen?”

📝 One quote to remember

“You cannot see your reflection in running water. It is only when the water becomes still that clarity comes.”

Zen Proverb

đź“· One real moment from our own week

Each week, we’ll close with something personal from our lives.
No filter. No fluff. Just a reminder that we’re walking this path right alongside you.

Eli’s Moment:

My wife and I are expecting our first kid in 6 weeks… The baby shower was a huge success!

Kyle’s Moment:

I was heading to my weekly cold plunge and sauna session and saw the clouds creeping over the mountains. It reminded me that the mountain is always there but sometimes the peak gets clouded. Just like us, our minds and spirit is always here but sometimes its clouded. Sometimes patience is what is needed to let the clouds clear to present clarity.
