1 Insight β’ 1 Practice β’ 1 Reflection
Each week, we share a simple framework to help you reset:
One idea to sit with.
One practice to try.
One question to carry.
One quote to remember.
And one real moment from our own week.
Letβs get into it π
π§ One idea to sit with
Burnout doesnβt always feel like fire.
Sometimes, itβs subtle.
Youβre not melting down, just quietly numbing out.
Going through the motions.
A little more tired. A little less present.
But thatβs the danger of subtle drift:
You donβt realize how far youβve gone until you stop to feel.
Stillness brings it into focus.
This is your call to pause. Not later. Now.
βοΈ One practice to try
Block off two hours this week.
No phone. No meetings. No to-do list.
Just sit with a journal and write:
βWhat is my life trying to tell me right now?β
Let the truth come out without editing it.
Sometimes what you most need to hear is what youβve been too busy to ask.
βOne question to carry
βWhere am I settling for βfineβ instead of honest?β
π One quote to remember
βYou should sit in nature for 20 minutes a day... unless youβre busy. Then you should sit for an hour.β
π· One real moment from our own week
Each week, weβll close with something personal from our lives.
No filter. No fluff. Just a reminder that weβre walking this path right alongside you.
Kyle & Eliβs Moment:
This week we had full calendars between podcasts, discussion panels, recording content and partnership meetings, all in front of the camera, in our studio. It can become taxing with the lights hitting us and feeling like we are live and on-air constantly but we make sure to take intentional pauses between these conversations, take a step outside and reset ourselves to keep our energy balanced and flowing.
