Sometimes, it’s subtle.
You’re not melting down, just quietly numbing out.
Going through the motions.
A little more tired. A little less present.
But that’s the danger of subtle drift:
You don’t realize how far you’ve gone until you stop to feel.
Stillness brings it into focus.
This is your call to pause. Not later. Now.
Block off two hours this week.
No phone. No meetings. No to-do list.
Just sit with a journal and write:
“What is my life trying to tell me right now?”
Let the truth come out without editing it.
Sometimes what you most need to hear is what you’ve been too busy to ask.
“Where am I settling for ‘fine’ instead of honest?”
“You should sit in nature for 20 minutes a day... unless you’re busy. Then you should sit for an hour.”
Each week, we’ll close with something personal from our lives.
No filter. No fluff. Just a reminder that we’re walking this path right alongside you.
This week we had full calendars between podcasts, discussion panels, recording content and partnership meetings, all in front of the camera, in our studio. It can become taxing with the lights hitting us and feeling like we are live and on-air constantly but we make sure to take intentional pauses between these conversations, take a step outside and reset ourselves to keep our energy balanced and flowing.
