The Weekly Reset 🧭 #004

A Sunday rhythm for clarity, focus, and slowing down.

Reset With Reflection & Intention.

Each week, we share a simple framework to help you reset:
One idea to sit with.
One practice to try.
One question to carry.
One quote to remember.
And one real moment from our own week.

Let’s get into it 👇

🧠 One idea to sit with

You don’t need more time. You need fewer contradictions.

Most people aren’t actually out of hours, they’re just out of alignment.
It’s exhausting to say yes to things you’ve internally said no to.

Misalignment multiplies effort.
But clarity simplifies everything.

Fewer internal negotiations. More momentum.
The clearer you are, the less time you waste.

✍️ One practice to try

This evening ask yourself:

  • Where did I feel most in flow this week?

  • What was the environment you were in?

  • What time of day was it?

  • and what was the task at hand?

Do this quick flow audit and see if this is replicable. Overtime this will show you the condition where your clarity thrives.

❓One question to carry

“What am I saying yes to that I no longer believe in? and what am I saying no to that I need to say yes to?”

📝 One quote to remember

“Don’t spend your life climbing a ladder only to realize it was leaning against the wrong wall.”

đź“· One real moment from our own week

Each week, we’ll close with something personal from our lives.
No filter. No fluff. Just a reminder that we’re walking this path right alongside you.

Eli’s Moment:

My wife, dog and I took a spur the moment one night camping / mountain biking trip in our camper last week!

Kyle’s Moment:

I took my boys down to the river to listen to the Brad Paisley concert. One of the best gifts of living in Bend, OR is the amphitheater in the middle of the city and all summer long you can enjoy shows, with a view, for free!
