You don’t need to become someone new this year.
You need to become more yourself.
More aware of what matters.
More selective about what you give your energy to.
More willing to let go of what no longer fits.
The most powerful way to start the year isn’t by adding more.
It’s by choosing better.

Before you set goals, answer this:
“What do I want more of this year — and what do I want less of?”
Write two short lists.
Don’t rush to fix anything.
Let this be a compass, not a contract.
Alignment first. Action later.
