But most people are moving too fast to notice the signals.

a boundary youβre tired of ignoring,

a fatigue thatβs trying to tell you the truth.
Listening to your life isnβt mystical.
Itβs practical.
Your life will show you what needs to change if you slow down long enough to hear it.

Donβt force it.
